August Mahnke

August is a clarinetist, tenor saxophone player, and vocalist with a passion for education. He has been dedicated to the instrumental and choral arts for most of his life, and has been a classical and jazz musician for over a decade. With four years of teaching experience, he enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds. August specializes in clarinet and saxophone, but is proficient on 19 different instruments. He strives to cultivate a safe and welcoming environment for his students, and believes that music is one of the best ways for students to express themselves. In his free time, August enjoys reading, practicing piano, and spending time with friends.
