​​​At Robin's Nest Music, we occasionally take photos and videos during lessons, group classes, events, and performances to highlight the joy of music and our unique musical community. These may be used in marketing materials, social media, newsletters, printed flyers, or on our website.​

By attending public events, open houses, performances, or group programs, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of appearing in photos or videos that may be used for promotional purposes. These events are considered public spaces, and photo/video use is standard practice.

Private lesson students are asked to sign a separate Media Release Form as part of their registration. If you or your child do not wish to appear in any media - whether in a public or private setting - you must complete our Media Consent Rejection Form. You can request this form in-person during our regular store hours, or online at any time by emailing us at support@robinsnestmusic.org

We are happy to honor all opt-out requests, but they must be submitted using the Media Consent Rejection Form and in advance. We are unable to unpublish or remove media after the fact without prior notice.
