
Welcome to Robin's Nest Music! We're so excited to assist you on your musical journey, and we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience for all of our students. We want everyone to have a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we encourage you to please take a moment to review our lesson and missed lesson policies.

Missed Lessons
When you register for lessons, your time slot is reserved for you, regardless of whether you attend your lesson or not. We understand that missed lessons happen sometimes, and while we don't offer make-up lessons, we encourage you to notify your instructor as soon as possible if you must miss your lesson due to an emergency.

Billing and Payments
Lessons are billed on the last business day of each month for the following month. Lessons cost $25 per half-hour session, and are billed on a monthly basis. The total amount you are billed may vary depending on the number of your chosen lesson days (e.g., if you have lessons every Thursday, the number of Thursdays in the month will determine your monthly bill). Most months will have either four lessons billed at $100, or five lessons billed at $125.

Payment Options:

Credit Card: Payments can be made via credit card, subject to a service fee.

ACH Debit: Payments can be set up for direct debit from your bank account.

Cash Payment: Cash payments are accepted on the last lesson of the month for the upcoming month.​

Please note that all lesson fees must be paid in full prior to the first lesson of the month. Students with unpaid balances will not be able to attend their scheduled lessons, and may forfeit their regularly scheduled lesson slot.

Store Closures and Instructor Cancellations
If Robin's Nest Music needs to close for any reason (e.g., due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances), we will credit the value of the missed lesson(s) to the following month. If your instructor needs to cancel a lesson for any reason, you will be credited the value of the missed lesson(s) to the following month. We always want you to receive the full value of your lessons!

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on lesson payments. Please refer to our Store Closures and Instructor Cancellations policy for further information on when lesson payments may be credited to your account.
